Batchankwe Prudentia
Prudentia's leadership skills are evident in her profession as a biology teacher. She currently serves as the head of the Education Unit at the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife (MINFOF) in Cameroon, where she oversees multiple responsibilities with sound judgment and a keen eye for detail. Prudentia holds leadership roles in various faith-based organizations that foster values-based leadership. She is a John Maxwell certified teacher, trainer, and coach, and is passionate about helping young girls and boys discover their potentials to live life to the fullest. In addition to her professional and spiritual leadership, she provides pre and post-marital counseling to enable individuals to live a fulfilled and successful marital life. Prudentia's mantra, "Instead of cursing the darkness, shine the light," exemplifies her dedication to leadership and empowering those around her.
