Motivated more by the necessity for economic empowerment of the youth than the pure capitalist objective of business creation, he has rolled out a number of startups in several sectors
– publishing, audiovisual, digital solutions, engineering and distribution. His businesses provide direct permanent employment for more than a 100 young Cameroonians.
NMI Education, his main company based in Yaounde Cameroon, is a major player in the school textbook publishing industry in CEMAC sub region. NMI Education has presence in a couple of
countries on the African content: Senegal, Gabon, Chad, Guinea Conakry and Rwanda.
He is also the founding President of DRIMP Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that focuses on capacity building, mentorship, coaching and advocacy for ethical values based on Christian principles through workshops, conferences and the production and promotion of gospel artists.
He is also a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the commitment of which earned him a Doctorate in Applied Theology by Kingdom Life University, California, USA.
Rogers’s achievements earned him the prestigious Knight of the Order of Valor award by the President of the Republic in 2017.
