Yvonne Gulley is passionate about mentorship and professional development. She is a proud native of Mission, Texas. Yvonne has held executive leadership positions in Healthcare Management Administration and Education Management. She is a results-oriented leader with a direct and interactive approach to management.
Yvonne studied Organizational Leadership at South Texas College and Communications at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Currently, and for the last 10 years, Yvonne owns and operates her own Employment and Business Consulting Agency - Yvonne Rodriguez Consulting. Her business, Yvonne Rodriguez Consulting is contracted with Texas Workforce Commission to serve communities all throughout South Texas. She holds a current certification as a: Supported Employment Specialist, Job Placement Specialist, Job Coach, Job Skills Trainer and Vocational Adjustment Trainer from the University of North Texas. She has a combined 21 years of experience in executive leadership and mid-level management.
Yvonne is dedicated to helping local businesses improve their hiring and management practices and teaching and mentoring the next generation of aspiring young leaders. She enjoys public speaking and has been asked to perform breakout training sessions, panel interviews, and hosting for local church and school events and international leadership conferences. Yvonne Gulley is married to her husband and love of her life, JR Gulley. Together, Yvonne and JR have 5 children: Helene, John, Trey, Stacy and Royce. Leaving a legacy for her children remains her primary motivation.
